Why can't I upload a photo from my gallery?

Every report photo has to be taken with the in-app camera, on the spot. This keeps reports honest and prevents old or unrelated photos being used as evidence. It's one of our core rules, not a bug.

Why isn't my report showing up yet?

Every report is checked by a moderator before it becomes public, usually within 24 hours. You'll see it under "My Reports" in your profile in the meantime, and you'll be notified once it's approved.

How does a report get marked "Verified Resolved"?

Only when someone submits a fresh in-app photo of the same spot showing it fixed. We never mark something resolved just because someone says so, there always has to be photo evidence.

I want to delete my account.

Email us at the address below and we'll remove your account and personal data.

I found a bug, or the app crashed.

Please email us with your phone model and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Who can see my personal information?

Nobody. Other users see your username and your public contribution history, never your name, email, or phone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
