Hi, I'm Hammad. I built Karachiwala myself, as a private citizen of Pakistan, not as part of any government office. I wanted Karachi to have an honest record of what gets reported and what actually happens to it.

Not a government application

Karachiwala isn't run by, connected to, or approved by any government body. I built it on my own because I thought Karachi needed something like this.

Evidence, always

Every report has to come with a real photo, taken through the app. That doesn't change whether the problem gets fixed or not, the record stays either way. I don't mark anything as received, responded to, or resolved unless there's actual proof of it.

Over time that adds up to a real record you can check for yourself, not just a complaint typed into a form somewhere and forgotten.
